As advertised! i am so satisfied This curling iron really curls my hair and the curls last for hours. After searching and reading the reviews on many irons I thought this one was worth a try for the price and features. I'm 55 and have long hair. All my life I have tried ALL types of curlers, rollers and products and have never been able to find a way to hold curls within 10-15 minutes. This wand heats up quickly so I don't have to wait. It has a cute little wire stand to put it on the counter without burning the countertop. It has a long, thick cord that doesn't tangle or twist because the end twists, which is very nice. It works only 10-15 seconds, and then I wrap the curl with clamps, it cools. I do. I don't comb my hair, just massage my scalp with my fingers and move the hair around a bit. It has temperature control which is also great for wigs and hair extensions and I can use a cooler setting on my hair too. The end is also protected to hold the hot iron while curling. I'm very glad I finally curled my hair and it stayed curled. I love the color, style and features. So far, so good. This is my second day of action. In just a few minutes my hair looks so curly and beautiful.
