Works very well. Dual ports are handy, especially for removing passive SMD elements when you don't have tweezers. This block heats up in a few seconds and the instrument falls asleep in the stand to extend the life of the handpiece. Buyers should be aware that for really small nibs you will need an "extra fine" nib, which is not included in this kit.
