I was warned that the order would be delayed so I'm not disappointed. What disappointed me and why I deducted a star is that both bags were packed in one box but when I opened it to take out the bags. There was a hole in the bottom of the bag that I couldn't see when I picked it up. it's out of the box and the food has spilled all over the floor. Luckily I saw it fall and turned it over carefully to avoid falling food. When I examined the other pocket to make sure it didn't have a hole, it also had a hole. I mean they could have at least sealed the holes with tape because it was pretty obvious that the packages with holes were put in there because the box wasn't damaged at all, so I don't see shipping being the cause. In addition, the size and brand exactly matched the description.
