Console access to the Cisco switch works!
I purchased this cable for console access to a Cisco 2960 switch and it works as advertised. When I first connected my Windows 10 laptop to the switch, the COM port didn't show up on my laptop, but after a few minutes the drivers installed automatically in the background and I was able to connect via Putty.
