The team of professionals at PGI is quite professional, very helpful and always willing to listen to our ideas for improvement as well as questions about their products/services.They are committed in meeting all customers' needs with great service delivery. I haven't experienced anything negative yet because we do not use much of their services currently, but they have been able to meet most if its requests so far without any problems. They provide us with good support by providing quick responses to our emails within minutes or hours depending upon how busy their system gets during working days. We need them mainly when it comes to billing invoices which has never really come up before now since prices tend to be set properly beforehand rather than being charged retrospectively after sales completion dates (as usual). However they do charge interest rates whenever payment schedules fall due! Definitely recommend this firm!! Their price management tools like FPPP and ePrice seem amazing compared to other software out there. Our clients love using these softwares and we can easily manage multiple accounts from one place - no manual entry needed anymore.We would I like how it has been very successful in our business, we have used it for years now and never had any problems with the software. The support is always willing to answer questions or solve issues as they arise. I dislike nothing about this product, its great! We are able to use price gain almost anywhere because of all the mobile applications available. Its helped us save time by not having to manually create reports, track prices, etc. This saves tons of time at work.
