. . I was shocked how awful it was. My very simple but rich-sounding hi-fi system was equipped with the best antenna. It also comes with a 3-pin AM antenna. My AM antenna (again straight out of the base stereo box) worked better. I was angry! This is the best review on the web. Reliability - I have been tuning HiFi since the late 70's. This antenna was too sensitive to my body and movements and even my own cables. I also couldn't believe how TERRIBLE the three wires hanging from the back are - and of course they vary in length and are still too short. It was the most frustrating electronics shopping experience I have ever had. Oh and the reception was terrible. There was no reinforcement. This was worse than the standard problem. I decided that I would build additional stations located within a 50 mile radius. That's not the case. This product could make a saint cry in pain.
