It's easy to get started using this product without having any background in networking or IT ops/network engineering practices like I do as part my day job! This is very "hands off" compared to other products we have used previously where you had be actively doing things at every stage (configuring rules etc).
You can easily learn how it works by watching tutorials but there isn't much out their support wise - so if something goes wrong then its up your own backside unless they are really busy which means waiting times may not always help either ;-) We solved problems related around performance & availability across our entire infrastructure including datacenters / DCops teams managing them via automation tools within DevOps culture environments.
