I DO NOT recommend this product. The bread burns even on the lowest setting and I didn't press the FROZEN button. Black & Decker used to make high quality stuff, but this thing was cheap. I will not buy any B&D product again. Attempts to cut costs and increase profits don't keep or win customers.
