This tip is just what I was looking for to complete my projects. I'm working on soldering surface mount parts on my project and I needed a quality tip that had even heat distribution and didn't tarnish. I tried this option as I recently bought a soldering station from the same company. I am very impressed with the price and quality of the handpiece. I am currently using it in combination with solder paste and it is VERY accurate both in pinning the chip legs and applying solder to all legs. A must for anyone who not only wants to be accurate with SMD chips, but also want to be fast.
