I bought it for my grandson. He is nine years old and wears a size 2. He is a very active boy and loves to play outside with water and mud. I thought they were perfect for summer. He wore them for 2 weeks and they started falling apart. He only wet them once and dried them in the sun. One of the straps came loose from the sole of the right boot. The sole of the left shoe is split in two places. I ordered them because they were reasonably priced and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on shoes that he would only wear for 2 or 3 months. I couldn't find any other size 2 hiking sandals that weren't expensive. I ordered him another pair in case the first ones were broken. The second pair lasted 3 days and the sole started to fall apart. (He didn't even wet them) I glued the sole on and he will wear them to see if they hold up for a while. I will be returning the first pair and if the second pair have issues they will be sent back too. I do not recommend buying these if the child you are buying them for will be wearing a lot of them. Grandson says they are comfortable. He really loves her. He doesn't want them to fall apart.
