Easy to install but it doesn't stick very well. It moves around. I even left it alone after placing for 24 hours and once we moved the chairs the pad slid to the side and stuck out. Thinking of getting better glue to keep it in place. The pad is great but you need something extra to get it to stick.UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading my review to try and make things right. Very impressive! The pads themselves are great so I opted to keep the pads. I do realize adhesive can vary depending on what you are sticking it to so I am willing to keep trying. Such as maybe sanding and wiping the surface extra good before applying and maybe even adding extra adhesive.
