Some timing issues otherwise everything is fine

I have a new problem with my air purifier and it is related to ozone release. At the moment we have the device just over 1 year old. The device doesn't appear to be emitting nearly as much ozone as it did about a month ago. You can smell a faint odor of ozone, but historically this block has filled the entire house before. For reference, the unit has been cleaned and fins changed every 30 days for as long as we've owned it, minus a month when the fan motor failed (the issue has already been addressed and resolved). I've tried cleaning and swapping disks, buying and installing new disks, and checking the connections between all disk contacts. The transformer that operates these panels did not show a short across the wires with an ohmmeter (I'm an electrician by trade, 30 years old). I believe the reading was 4.2k ohms but I didn't write it down when I took it apart. I found the transformer had a slight burnt odor but I saw no sign of discoloration or swelling of the windings. In a dark room, looking into the block, all 3 panels really have a faint blue glow, which I think is normal. .Could it be a bad or weak ozone converter? Can you send me this part for exchange? First Review: I competed in the MLM Ecoquest a few years ago, so I'm reasonably familiar with the technology of this air purifier. Without getting into terminology and talking about the business, this device is reliable, very functional and very powerful. This is an ozone generator. So if you think ozone is bad for you, stay away from it. However, once you've discovered the benefits of ozone cleaning and odor control, it's a very good investment. The fan is a bit noisy at high speeds, but no more than I expected. After 10 months my fan motor failed and when I contacted the manufacturer through Revain they responded within minutes. You gave me the choice: send the device back or send me the motor for repair. I chose the latter (as I had some experience with this type of repair) and the motor arrived free of charge within 3 days with simple instructions. In summary, this is a great machine and the manufacturer supports the concerns of its customers. Absolutely worth the money.
