It is essential to observe the size chart. I wear XL for most women's shirts. I'm 36DD, 5'7 and wear a size 14. The jacket I ordered was 3XL and it fits. I tried on 20 jackets before finally finding this one. You'll have to buy armor if you want more than the plastic that comes with it. Hands have no use, let a lot of air through.
