Easy and flawless solution for customization of email template
The best part about this software was how easy it made my job so much easier! I love all aspects including their support team as well which helped me during training period also!! Nothing at particular point disliked but wish there can be more templates available especially when you have multiple clients using same product or service (like ours).
We used elixir tango mainly because our client base included different industries like healthcare providers etc where we needed something very specific from them such us compliance reporting requirements.
Pros
- Also, they do fantastic in terms with customer care department is always excellent!!! Highly recommend !
Cons
- It's hard for customers who don't know what type template should look lik eand if some one helps u make sure he/she will help every time :)
