I would have thought about this sooner but was busy and didn't get a chance to use it. Finally I made it. It makes the best poached eggs ever! What's really nice is that you can put the eggs in, whether you're soft-boiling or whisking them, do whatever you want, and the automatic timer will start when the eggs are done. Better still, the timer isn't an obnoxious sound. When my egg cooker arrived there was also a welcome message welcoming me to the family for using their products. It's so nice to know that when you're dealing with these people, you're not just a number. They genuinely care about the customer and want to make sure their products work. Your focus is on you!
