Review on π© Kester EP256 Solder Paste: No-Clean 63/37 Syringe Dispenser (1) for Efficient Soldering by Sean Bond
I've been using solder paste in an industrial setting and decided to try it at home.
The DOM date on the product I received is halfway through the 6 month expiration date. However, in my experience, the solder paste can be used for some time past the expiry date if stored carefully. In the description, 35 grams are packed in an 8ml syringe. I'm not sure about the density of the solder paste, but I only have 6ml of solder paste per pack received in a 10 ml syringe. It's probably still more than what I'll be using for the next 3-5 months.
