Review on 🏃 Running Gear Reflective Vest - Lightweight High Visibility Safety Vests with Arm Bands by Corey Slivinsky

I bought this vest to replace a vest I bought over 30 years ago when the reflective technology wasn't that impressive. I bought my dog a nice safety vest. Decided I should do the same for myself! The vest does what it's supposed to do, makes me visible to cars when I drive out early in the morning. I'm a 5'5" male, 160-165 lbs, 38-40" chest depending on diet and training season. For reference, for me, t-shirts range from medium to large. When I'm wearing a plain white t-shirt (under my shirt etc.) I wear a medium one. I bought a medium sized vest and it fits me perfectly. The upper part (hole under the neck, chest) fits well. The bottom has adjustable straps. I've only worn the vest over a t-shirt, layered running gear (thermal jacket + sweatshirt + running jacket), and layered hiking gear (thermal jacket, down jacket) and the MEDIUM vest fits well. And the zip pocket turned out to be a nice feature that I didn't know I would use. I put my house key in it and locked it and I know I won't lose it. I don't use a case for my phone, wallet, etc. I use a zippered phone case. I don't take my wallet with me when I run/walk. I cannot give any sizing recommendations other than those above. In fact, in my case, it is true to size. And my dog appreciates that we both wear our safety vests when we go out early in the morning. At least I think so. Who knows.
