I bought two of these based on the rave reviews. What I had to do was read the reviews because they all tell the same story - this thing is hard to use and pinches your fingers. Don't get me wrong, if you were committing a crime and trying to hide your identity by permanently fingerprinting your body, this thing would work great. You see, the little "rollers" that hold things in place don't really roll. And the springs are so damn strong you have to push them back with your fingers to put anything on or off the rack. So what does that mean? This means the "rollers" (which don't actually roll, I don't remember) will rebound and pinch your fingers between the grippy rubber and the razor-sharp edge of the rack's body. Big. Just great. Then the best! This action requires so much force that it literally rips the hanger off the wall because the wall anchors sent are junk! This leaves 6 large holes in the drywall, blood on the floor and a woman screaming. Thank you guys. You really helped here.
