First of all, it's the same as Diana's hub. Although they are a little different. Both don't hold up well on a blow dryer. The "spring" action they refer to are basically plastic "fingers" that have to move to grab the hair dryer, but they don't. The only way I was able to get it to stay was to use an electrician's tape (best invention ever. Removable and will need some heat). I've uploaded some photos so you can see how I attached it to my travel hair dryer. Looks weird because the hub is quite large, but it works.
