Ideal alternative to knife blocks for counter cutting
Works great! Fits many knives and styles. The only small issue I have is just a large knife with a very thick handle. It doesn't sit as low as the other knives in the block, but it's still sturdy enough and sits low enough to close the drawer, so no big deal. It fits everything from small to large chef's knives and is a great space saver and a great way to not only protect the knife blade but also prevent injury when you're shuffling around a loose stack of knives in a drawer. this is how we keep them!
