I got it yesterday and it works great for me. But I deducted a star because I was very disappointed to learn that this scale CANNOT be used as an "only" scale by my friends and family who are not interested in downloading the app and creating a profile and all that. Well, they can, but not if they're less than 10 pounds from my weight, because then the scale will automatically recognize their weight as my weight and store it in my profile. I spoke to customer service and they confirmed that this is the case. You should consider making a scale with a manual mode option where the scale won't record your weight on your smartphone UNLESS you choose a user. Either that, or add the "guest user" option to the list of users so people who don't have a profile can select it and weigh themselves without their weight getting into other users' profiles. The advertising "WEIGHING WITHOUT PROGRAM" is misleading. SMARTPHONE", without indicating that there will be problems when the scale is used by some people with smartphones and some people without.
