I usually use this stuff twice a day. I make chocolate smoothies and add frozen bananas, some cinnamon and some nutmeg. You can also add some moringa leaf tea to it. It changes the look but not the taste. I love this product because it contains AMINO ACIDS, which is very important when using it to replace the protein you would normally get from an animal source. I've tried other protein drinks and this is by far the best. I'm on an anti-inflammatory diet and this is perfect for her. Revains price was better than health food store price! and I don't have to go get it!
