Review on πŸ”’ 60pcs Cord Locks End Spring Stop Toggle Stoppers - Professional DIY Plastic Fastener Cord Lock Set, 3 Types of Black Cord Stops for Drawstring (Including Double-Hole & Single-Hole) - Pack of 60 by Dorvin Hawk

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Described as HD meaning heavy duty. Extremely light at best

Pros: Plastic feels strong and well formed. The details come together well. I love all three designs. Cons: Glides easily on almost every cable I've tried it on. Absence of burrs or "ridges" on the gripping surface of cord locks. The springs are too weak to hold the cords even with light pressure. Too many cord locks are now being rated by people using them to hold the ear cord of a Covid face mask that has almost no holding power. Drawstring closures are mostly used in sporting goods, as adjustments to jacket hoods, closing the drawstrings of sacks and bags, etc. etc. are used to secure the face mask but not tighten. I've tried them on round and flat laces, it's useless on round and slips less on some flat laces. Will not hold 550, 700 or other brands of paracord. Tried different rubber bands. Snagged just a little on Sgt Knots, a low-quality bungee with a rough, open-weave surface and poor elasticity. If you want a real cable lock, don't waste your time with this. Try another brand or if you just need a few, Walmart in the sewing department for $1 for 2 and in the athletic department both work well. After wasting my time on this, I went to Walmart.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Can hurt
