They don't last very long
I bought 8 of these bulbs and each of them failed in less than 2 years. Some burned down in less than a year. Cree gives a 10 year warranty on the bulbs and they will send replacements, but making a warranty claim is a hassle and it takes 2-3 weeks to get a new bulb. Don't expect these lamps to last more than 2 years.
