DO NOT BUY! I never write reviews but I have been doing eyelash extensions myself for a number of years and have had many problems with this product. Upon arrival the item was obviously used. There is an unknown liquid in the eyelash shampoo. The tweezers had glue and scratches. Got a new lash set that didn't look used but the product was still terrible. The lashes are wispy and so thin they fall apart if you try to pick one out of the tray. The glue is black, hard, lumpy and goes absolutely EVERYWHERE despite the recommended amount. Glue got on the lower lashes, eyelid no matter how carefully I attached them because it's so liquid. I wanted to take them off immediately after seeing how inferior they were and surprisingly, despite checking the ingredients and doing a patch test the day before, the eyelash glue not only irritated my eyes but also my skin. Immediately after application, the eyelash shampoo started to burn the eyes and skin. Even after rinsing my eyes with water for 30 minutes, my eye was still hot, red and swollen for hours. Even when I tried to remove the lashes in a way that no product got on but the lashes, the lash shampoo didn't even work. I had to remove my lashes by repeatedly smearing petroleum jelly on the lashes and rubbing them. I lost almost ALL the lashes that were glued on.
