I postponed the installation on our TV because I was afraid it would take a long time. In the end it was easy - it probably only took me 5 minutes. I chose to mount the TV on the furniture instead of the wall (you can choose any installation you like). I'm taking off a star because the head of one of the screws broke when I was using my cordless screwdriver - luckily I was able to remove the screw and use another screw I had. Each strap attaches to the wall/furniture with 3 screws and our TV isn't very big so I think it's ok security wise, but if you have a huge flat screen it would be nice if the screw head broke.
