I will be using this splitter to connect HDTV and ARRIS SURFBOARD Wireless Gateway to a cable outlet in my house. If you want to save money on renting an Arris wireless gateway from Time Warner Cable or another compatible cable ISP, buy the gateway and install it yourself. The ARRIS website provides step-by-step installation videos -Show installation instructions that the average person can follow. The delivery was very quick. I would buy from this seller again.
