lol I don't remember it was a women's hat when I ordered it but it looks good on my male skull. I wear this hat every day while jogging. Sometimes when I'm running in strong winds it can be difficult to tighten the adjustment strap to keep the cap from slipping off my head. I don't know how worrying this is because it usually happens on a leash where it's almost too windy to wear any type of hat without a cord under your chin. Another minor complaint: I like to hang my hat on the doorknob when I'm not using it. The adjustable tab at the back opens so easily that the hat lands on the ground instead.
