I needed a separate charger as other accessories limit my PS4 USB ports. This device solved my problem. It works well! Some reviews complain about various issues that are actually the result of clumsiness or a misunderstanding of how PS accessories charge. First, the motion control must be properly aligned and GENTLY pushed into the charging socket until it clicks into place. The next complaint is that "it won't charge my Move controller". Here is a little information: The movement is controlled by a microprocessor. MOVE does NOT require additional charging when the charge level is over 80%! So turn off the controller for a few hours THEN try to charge it. If you place MOVE on the charger while it is UNDER 80% charged, it will charge up to 100%. (If your MOVE battery is not dead, in this case the battery can be replaced.)
