This is the best pizza pan we have. I bought this for my wife who loves making homemade pizza. We always make pizza. This pan holds the heat really well, and once you're done with it, it's just impossible to wash. I will share with you our dough recipe. Makes a 14-inch crust or deep dish 2 cups all-purpose sifted flour 1/2 cup sifted flour, set aside 2 tablespoons active dry yeast 1/8 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup warm water Mix flour with yeast and let stand 30 seconds , then add salt, mix and add to blender. Pour in the water and start mixing on low speed. Add olive oil while stirring. Once it begins to form the dough, gradually add the reserved flour. Stir until elastic, about 3-4 minutes. Once it forms an elastic ball, place in a bowl, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. dough and place on a greased pizza pan. Press it down with your fingers to reach the desired size. Let the dough rise for 10-20 minutes depending on how thick you want the crust to be. During this time, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Once you let it rise, you can pre-bake it. Place on the lowest rack in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After the time is up, toppings can be added. When you get what you want, return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. They have made! Because all ovens are different, you may need to adjust the time and temperature.
