Firstly I couldn't pair it with my Android phone like others have said. Without app access, you're forced to use a flimsy remote that limits your color choices. You must be near the TV and point the remote control directly at the device. I can't control it from my couch, another reason app and bluetooth pairing are critical. For the music function, you need to download MP3 to sync with the music. It does not work with an external USB device or via Spotify or streaming services. That makes this feature useful for me and many others. I'm using a single color backlight and that's better than nothing, but I'm disappointed with what I got. I can replace this with adaptive lighting.
