My son has been using these for middle school for 6 years and now high school football. He's grown 30cm in 3 years so yes he had some muscle tendon problems as a young athlete. These knee braces have reduced the pops and pops and most importantly the pain in both knees that is likely to stem from the sport and its extreme growth spurts or "episodes". He is now 1.80 m tall (dress size is very large) and 17 years old. and he wears them every day in training and on game day and is never asked to put them on.
