This is a great product and invention! Once you get used to the bidet, you may never want to go back to TP. However, they require slightly less TP. Installation seems simple at first glance and can be easy for those with some plumbing experience. If not, the installation will require some courage and skill. My first install ended in a leak and initially failed to fix the problem. I was going to call a plumber and it would cost me about $150 to install both in two bathrooms. I slept, thought about it, and figured I could do it without the help of a plumber. The only problems were leaks and a difficult working space, ie the location of the pipes for the connections. On my second try, I got drips leaking about every five minutes. I almost said I could live with that. Slept and did it again the next day BUT this time I used Home Depot Rectorseal T Plus 2 pipe thread sealant and pipe sealing tape (included). It helped and voila. After that, the installation of the second bidet took about 30 minutes because the work place and the location of the pipe connections were not so easy to reach and work on. It also helps a lot to have the right tools. The plastic parts included in the order may not work. Can anyone fit this bidet? Yes, even without a plumbing degree. Just make sure you read and understand the instructions before you begin. Make sure you know exactly where the hot water connections are at both ends. I connected hot to cold and had to redo it which took some time. Overall, I learned a little bit about plumbing, saved $150 on plumbing, and now have an inexpensive bidet that can be addictive. Get it and install it. By the way, it takes a minute for the hot water to reach the faucet. So if your toilet is far from the water heater, you can empty the sink before you leave. Alternatively, get used to cold water, and if you can; then you don't need a hot and cold water version. If the water heater is next to the bathroom, you may just need to turn off the hot water and leave the cold water outside. Once you have it installed, play with it until you learn how to best use the device. In hot areas of the country, the hot water version is not required. So for less than $30, you can save tons of toilet paper. Enjoy your bidet!
