I have a crack in a tooth from grinding and while my dentist has given me NTI coverage my insurance will not pay for the work to correct the tooth as such a crack is not visible on the X-ray image. For years I've flossed and treated pain (and avoided that area of my mouth most of the time) because I couldn't afford irrigators. I'm pregnant now and flossing doesn't help with extra hormones and all so I bought this floss and my gum problem is almost completely gone! It was really bad and it took a lot of effort to floss which I didn't actually have. I use warm water as I am very sensitive to cold and this is the best flossing experience I have ever had! Very similar to what my dental hygienist can do with high pressure dental floss. The battery life on this thing is epic! I bought it in April 2021 and charged it once and so far the battery has lasted 2 months on a full charge and no light came on to say it needs to be charged again. I don't remember what the complaint was about this thing's battery, but I'm surprised I haven't had to charge it yet. Highly recommended!
