I've looked at a lot of headphones but the LG Tone with UVNano charging case is the best I've seen. The sound quality and comfort and ease of use thanks to the touch sensors on the outer edge of the earbuds are remarkable, but the UVNano charging case makes them unique. Perhaps because of the pandemic raging across the world, or simply because sharing headphones is an awkward idea, LG has packed its latest offering with a special feature. The charging case is equipped with a UV lamp that disinfects the earphones. Simply place the earbuds in the charging case and close for five minutes, and the included UV light will sanitize the working end of the earbuds. The sound is very clear, although I couldn't find any ear pads that fit me. There are three pairs to choose from. I also found that the signal didn't drop once. Even when I lost connection to my home WiFi and switched my phone to LTE cellular (listening to a streaming podcast). I've passed many people who have worn various Bluetooth headphones and watches and haven't had any signal jump issues. But my favorite feature by far is the wireless charging. I don't know if it's better or faster than traditional charging (which is possible with the included USB-C cable), but it's definitely cooler. My wireless charging box has room for headphones, and until I got them I had nothing to wear. The case is small enough to fit discreetly in your pocket. With great sound, comfort, wireless charging, and a solid signal, they're a good alternative to the Apple Air Pods at a good price ($175 at Revain).
