Review on π Universal Euro License Plate Holder - Standard Black Mounting Frame/Bracket by Brandon Skeet
Not quite universal
I use it as an adapter between my US license plate holder and an old German license plate. The German number plate has the original holes drilled at the top of the two signs, as well as later holes drilled more or less directly above. I was planning on fitting the bezel to the original number plate bracket and screwing the number plate to the holder for extra security, but the holder doesn't have holes for the euro number so I'm hoping now that the clips will hold up well enough in the long run
