Review on 💥 Unleash Brilliant Results with Hot Tools Orange Tourmaline 2100 Turbo Ionic Dryer by Keith Ostby

I really liked this hair dryer. It dries my hair very quickly. But the pen suddenly got very hot a few minutes after using it, as some other reviewers have pointed out. I haven't even had it a year and it's so hot I'm afraid of catching fire. Update January 2018: I contacted customer service this evening. Not only does the handle heat up, but the hair dryer starts smelling hot (burnt) after 5 minutes of use. I'm afraid it will catch fire. I will update her answer. February 19, 2018: Customer service said the item is under warranty but I have to send it to them at my own expense for them to look at and repair if possible. If not, I assume they sent me another hair dryer. Hope it's not the same model. It doesn't seem right that I should ship it at my own expense when it's a defective item and it's still under warranty. Will update once resolved.
