The printer sees the cartridge, the quality is terrible.

Nonsense. The printer recognizes the cartridge, but the print quality is poor. It's blotchy and leaves random crap everywhere. I wonder what they fill them with! I would argue that genuine ink cartridges are really a scam and overpriced. but at least they use the highest quality ink. You can refill new inks, but they must be of similar quality to the OEM.
