2009 Mazda 3 had 2.5 degree negative camber issues on my rear passenger wheel, the shop said they couldn't fix it so after checking for loose bushings or bent ones Components in all suspension parts I decided to install them, start on the driver's side (it's much easier to install) and then move on to the passenger side. You will have to bend a small case to turn the screw fully and a gear wrench will help you. It will take some time here, but you don't have to disassemble too much, I recommend removing the shock absorbers for wheel alignment, it's much easier, to access the adjusting nuts. I set mine to -0.5 degrees to stop chewing tires.
