This product helps diabetic foot neuropathy. However, the remote control didn't work. Tried all three batteries that came with it. There are no instructions on the remote and it felt like I was actually putting in a battery, but the remote still didn't work. UPDATE: The company has provided a new remote control. The device works loudly when the intensity is increased, ie an increase in pressure from 1 to 50 requires an acoustic signal for each activation. I wish this was disabled as I am using the device during a conference call. An audio signal is required for each transition to another level.
