I have a large shoe size, so the choice is limited. I've been buying New Balance for many years because they make the wide 4E that I need. I usually buy their imported sneakers for around $40, but they last about three months or so before the sole falls apart. I decided to try these new scales made in the USA. They were more expensive, but you'll immediately notice a difference in craftsmanship. I put them on and while the cheaper ones were comfortable, the fit and finish of these USA made them feel great and looked better than the rest. The fit is very comfortable, there are no squeaks or outsole noise when walking, and they support my heavy body (240 pounds). I love them and the fact that they are made in the USA is worth the extra money for what you get.
