Films red. Velcro and buttons kept her in the vest without moving. This device should ALWAYS be used under VERY close supervision (e.g. not even taking your eyes off the puppy). It's more of a suit than a life jacket. This video doesn't show when her whole face was completely submerged and the part that should have been under her chin was under her breasts. She didn't keep her head above water (she instinctively held her breath). I don't know if she was afloat because she did it alone or if the vest actually kept her afloat. I wouldn't trust this device if it fell off a boat into the sea. I'll see how she behaves in a pool where the water isn't moving.
