Choking hazard best for pacifiers, teethers and teething aids

I know other people who swear they help with teething so I decided to give it a try. They are very easy to wash and are comfortable in baby's hands. However, they posed a serious choking hazard for us. The shapes above are not large enough. My daughter could put anything in her mouth and kept choking and choking on it. I couldn't let her use it unless I watched her very closely.
