Easy to install. Contrary to what others have said, I don't find them too harsh. Me and my wife are easy to open and if they were less rigid I wonder if my kids could open them easily. We used to have magnetic locks, but when we bought a new house we installed them for two reasons: 1, the stickers on the magnetic locks could not be removed from our last house; 2, It was a little inconvenient to always use a magnet to open cabinets. They take a little longer to install than magnets, but after that they're easier to use.
