I converted my old sealed headlights into kits that can use halogen or LED bulbs. Halogens didn't suit me, so I ordered these. In the low beam they are bright and allow a better view of the road. On an unlit two-lane road, the high beam looks more concentrated in the center and protrudes further down compared to the old closed headlights. The only thing that's not so good about it is that the light concentrated in the center isn't diffused as much at the sides. It may be more difficult for you to see a pedestrian walking along the side of the road or an animal crouching on the side of the road ready to leap across the road.
