The device turned out to be initially faulty, water did not overflow from the right tank to the left. I really needed a humidifier, a sick person at home (allergic, asthmatic), called the Boneco ASC and the master ured me that they would fix it in a day or two at most and that evening they would definitely call me back about the result. I decided to take it in for repair and it was a huge mistake! In such cases, you must immediately return the goods and collect the money! The ASC of the Swiss company Boneso ended up in the industrial zone on the territory of the former vegetable base behind the ramp above the warehouse. A week later I called them, they answered, what do you want, you just handed over the device! After 3 weeks they repaired (the valve was replaced! ). My second mistake, I didn’t check the performance in the SC, I turned it on at home, yes, the humidifier worked, but every minute the valve clicked loudly, it was impossible to be in the bedroom with it. On Monday I took the device back to the ASC. Then they tried to repair it for another 45 days. The Boneco company itself reacted absolutely indifferently to my pathetic attempts to somehow influence the situation. Wrote them back as if nowhere. They answered the call, - 45 days have not ped yet? So wait! All this time they were saved by wet rags on the battery. In the end, 50 days ped, I wrote a claim, got ready for a long disembly, but at the ASC I was waiting for an act to replace the device with a glued layba from my humidifier. But of course, I didn’t change anything, although the device has already risen in price by 1000+. Yes, heating season is over. I recommend everyone to stay away from this Swiss office!
