Review on ๐Ÿ”ด Bipra 320GB 2.5 Inch Red External Hard Drive Portable USB 2.0 - FAT32 Format by Owen Houser

Decent little toy. in the data warehouse

The product corresponds to the declared. I bought these because all other Bipra brand external hard drives came with two USB cables, one for power and one for data transfer. It didn't have an extra hole for the power cord in the photos, so that's what I chose. However, it comes with a Y-cable (USB) to connect to two ports. However, I didn't notice any difference in performance when I connected both or just one, so I only use it with a USB connected to my computer. With only one USB end connected, I get transfer speeds that are twice as fast as Seagate. External drive USB 3.0 1TB. I don't have USB 3.0 ports on my computer, but the Seagate still transfers about 25MB/s and this Bipra with USB 2.0 transfers about 45-50MB/s with only one USB end connected. It takes a little longer to install than Seagate, but that's the only difference, and given the transfer speed, I think the extra 1 second it takes to install is worth the trade-off. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a cheap HD to play with and that's what I got. It comes in FAT32 format (which can only handle files of 4GB and less) but I've successfully repartitioned and reformatted to NTFS and EXT4 formats with 4 partitions and everything works great as it should.
