Great way for call center agents and clients alike

The ability to have our customers interact directly from their mobile device (iOS or Android) was very helpful as it allowed us access that we would not otherwise be able get if they were calling into an office phone system like ours did previously - which had been working well up until this point! There are some limitations of how you set things so sometimes I feel there could possibly still more options available but overall great product once setup correctly!! It has helped improve customer service dramatically since being implemented at my organization because now all calls go through one central platform instead off multiple different systems making them easier/faster to answer than before implementation.

  • Easy use, minimal training required.Great Customer Service & Support team for help with getting started / troubleshooting issues etc.Easy Integration w Mobile Device Apps via VoIP services such iPhones ipads apple watch tv's android phones tablets macs windows laptops..etc..!!!Customer Surveys can easily add feedback surveys by simply having callers press 1 button during end
