Great way for call center agents and clients alike

The ability to have our customers interact directly from their mobile device (iOS or Android) was very helpful as it allowed us access that we would not otherwise be able get if they were calling into an office phone system like ours did previously - which had been working well up until this point! There are some limitations of how you set things so sometimes I feel there could possibly still more options available but overall great product once setup correctly!!
