Excellent ticket system which works with mail2web & email forwarding

I like how easy it was to use, there are no technical limitations at all so you can make everything what kind of software do exactly for your needs! Sometimes when adding tickets or using other features (like sending eMails) they don't work as well but that could be my fault because sometimes i press stuff too fast and not waiting enough before pushing them down again haha :). We have about 10 employees here in our office who receive emails from clients almost every minute day by day - now we…

Helpdesksolution is simply awesome and great alternative

The best thing about help desk z, it was very easy to set up everything for my website without having server knowledge at all! Also their customer service agents are really friendly even when they're busy or have low priority tickets in front of them (even if you do not feel like waiting). I will say that sometimes some updates could be done better regarding speed but still overall good product/service so far from me as user experience point view!! If anyone needs an efficient solution then…
